IEDA 打包报错，查阅了很久终于找到了

解决方式：注释掉灰色部分。 先是Maven与scala-maven-plugin插件版本不兼容，现在又是这个。
时间都花在解决问题上了。

apache-maven-3.2.5 版本太老了，已经不适用，这里升级到 apache-maven-3.6.1 同步更新Win10下和Linux下的版本。
apache-maven-3.6.1-bin.tar.gz 解压完后都可以用
