Nuitka打包torch,numpy,yolox

##OK# nuitka --mingw64 --standalone --show-progress --nofollow-imports --plugin-enable=torch,numpy --follow-import-to=cam,cam.objecttracker,yolox,exps,numpy --output-dir=out nt.py
其中，--follow-import-to 不能少了numpy

必须参数--plugin-enable=torch,numpy

打包完成后需要将需要的包复制到当前目录
