I'm writing to tell you about the discussion we've had about whether students should retake classes after failing the College Entrance Examination．

Opinions are divided on the question．Most of the students are against the idea of retaking classes．They thing that it is unfair for the students who take the exam for the first time．Besides, it also adds to the family's burden．What's more ,they are different from those taking the exam for the first time, for they have failed once．So they have more mental problem．

On the other hand, some thing it can be done because through one-year hard study, they can get a chance to enter a famous university．Above all, the university they enter will directly affect the future employment．

However, I thing, depends on different situations, If one student has on chance to be addimitted to one university．maybe he can choose to retake classes．But we know many students who have got high scores also want to．Perhaps there's no need and we should forbid it．
