Abstract：With the steady growth of China’s economy, the price of IT products, 4G network and the popularity of free Wifi for the growth of mobile Internet users to provide a good environment. HTML5’s release, mobile payment security factor increased, so that mobile shopping is more common. One can achieve the diversion of goods, but also to meet the consumer’s selection of the electricity supplier APP can better solve the channel to promote and consumer shopping needs.This paper, based on the analysis of the electricity supplier shopping guide APP development status, through the study of Python, PHP, Framework7 and other related technologies, using Python language to compile the web crawler, grab electricity supplier website Taobao, lynx data, and then use PHP+Framework7 design APP front end, through online deployment, generating project APP Web, through the APP Web client package, complete electricity supplier shopping guide APP design and implementation.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1) the research status of the electricity suppliers shopping guide APP is introduced, and the significance, content and methods of the research are described.(2) the theory of Python, PHP, HTML5 related technologies, Web interaction and APP web are introduced, and the related techniques are described briefly.(3) the design principle and the general requirements of APP are described, and the functional requirements of APP and web crawler are described in detail.(4) the implementation process of the web crawler, the success of the electricity supplier website information and product information.(5) the design and implementation of APP is described in detail, including the front end design, APP interface design, database design, online deployment, client package.(6) by testing the compatibility and performance of the APP, the test results indicate that it can meet the needs of the project.(7) at the end of this paper, the research is summarized, and the next stage of the research is put forward.At present, the project design of the electricity supplier APP has been successful in the network operation, the user experience is good.
