摘要 根据我国研究生教育面临的形势和任务，为开展教育部牵头的博士质量调查工作，全面

评价我国博士研究生教育的发展状况，本文选取了哈工大计算机科学与技术学院覆盖1985～2005

年的博士论文15本。按照关键词尽可能匹配的原则，国外相应水平大学的相关学科中，选取相应

时间的博士学位论文8本。然后对所选取的论文进行纵横比较，并对结果进行了综合分析，探讨

影响博士质量的相关因素，总结博士研究生培养的经验和问题，为进一步提高博士质量提出建议

和措施。

Andthentheselecteddissertationsarecomparedinlengthandbreadth.Thecomparedresultsareana

lyzedtoprobeintothefactorsthatimpactthedoctoraleducationquality,andtheexperienceandtheexi

tedproblemsinthedoctorcandidatestrainingarealsogiven.Atlastsomesuggestionsareproposedtoim

provethedoctoraleducationquality.
