easyeclipse for php 404错误,eclipse测试Struts2配置时，控制台报错，浏览器也总是显示404错误。...

刚学struts照着书本和网上的很多小例子来测试自己的struts配置的对不对，但是总是遇到404错误

下面是我导入的jar包。(把struts的jar包做成了user Libraries，在工程的build path直接导入的，反正跟直接粘贴在web-inf/lib下结果都一样)

我在网上找很久解决办法。也都试了。。并没有用。

是我工程就建的不对么？求指点一下，刚开始学就卡住了。。。
