服务器suse系统启动界面卡死,R620异常宕机SUSE LINUX

10月18日和10月21日，服务器2次异常宕机(远程能ping通，无法ssh。直连服务器，界面卡死，无法操作)，手动重启后正常进入系统。

已通过DSET诊断，经验不多，未看出异常。请各位大侠帮忙分析一下。
