oracle恢复全备,rman 全备份恢复到新机

新机的rman 设置都是default 的。而且肯定没有spfile 和 controlfile 的 备份记录，请问我如何恢复spfile 和control file？

直接 restore spfile from '/rman/ctl.bk' 也报同样的错。。求助？
