病情描述(发病时间、主要症状、就诊医院等)：

14岁(2003年)来月经，一直量少。16岁后开始不来月经。先吃中药一年多，中途来过一次。过后有在华西医院看过妇科，多次检查卵泡刺激素FSH很高。

2011年在新加坡医院检查的激素值：FSH - 53.5 IU/L, PRL - 13.79 ug/L, LH - 14.6 IU/L。

MRI的检查结果：MRI, BRAIN

INDICATION:

Brain cyst for follow up.

REPORT:

Pre and post contrast enhanced MRI brain was performed.

The following sequences were acquired:

Axial T1, T2, GRE and DWI and ADC map and post contrast T1 BRAVO

Coronal: T2, T2 FLAIR and post contrast T1 FLAIR

Sagittal: T1 FLAIR pre and post contrast

The previous CT brain and MRI pituitary done on 5/10/2010 from outside the hospital were reviewed.

There is a well defined non enhanced oval cyst measuring 1.6 x 0.8 x 0.6cm (AP, TS and LS, images 7/9 and 9/13) seen in the region of the right choroid fissure. This follows CSF density on all sequences and appears to be stable since the previous CT done on 5/10/2010.

The pituitary stalk is thickened at 3.4 mm (AP) and shows two tiny non enhancing foci of low T1 signal, better appreciated in the sagittal images (image 12/10). They

measure about 2 mm for each. They could represent Rathke cleft cysts.

The sella and pituitary gland are unremarkable.

The cerebral hemispheres demonstrate normal limits. The interhemispheric fissure is centered on the midline.

No abnormalities are seen in the basal ganglia, internal capsule, corpus callosum, or thalamus.

The brain stem and cerebellum show no abnormal signal.

Right maxillary antrum polyp/retention cyst measures 1.5 x 1.4 x 1.5 cm (TS, AP and LS). The other paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells show normal development and pneumatization.

The orbital contents are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION:

Right choroid fissure cyst appears stable since the previous study 05/10/2010.

The pituitary stalk is thickened and contains two tiny non enhancing foci. These could represent Rathke cleft cysts. However, dedicated MR of the pituitary fossa may be helpful for more complete evaluation.

吃过药：1.倍美力-结合雌激素片(一年)，吃此药每个月会来月经，停药月经 也停。

2.克龄蒙-戊酸雌二醇片(半年)，效果跟上述一样。

3.溴隐亭(三个月)，无效果。

4.卡麦角林片(三个月)，无效果。

想得到怎样的帮助：

是否能通过手术来治疗，还有其它的治疗方法吗？(FSH特别高，但泌乳素PRL并不高)。
