python3.7.2安装numpy_在Windows10上为Python3.7安装带pip的numpy

从今天（2018年6月28日）正式发布以来，我在我的Windows10笔记本电脑上安装了Python3.7。然后我尝试使用pip安装numpy包pip install numpy

安装继续进行，但最终失败，错误如下：source = func(extension, build_dir)
