解决方法：

hive下lib中jar：/work/apache-hive-2.3.7-bin/lib

hadoop下lib中jar：/work/hadoop-2.7.7/share/hadoop/common/lib

对比hive和hadoop中guava*.jar版本是否匹配，hive中的jar按照hadoop中的jar保持版本一致。
