运行时环境：Windows10环境下在VMware Workstation15.5 Pro中运行CentOS8安装VMware Tools
1.在虚拟机中载入VMware Tools光盘
2.进入所在目录解压缩VMware Tools
解压缩tar包到/tmp 下（注意这里的VMwareTools的版本可能有所差异）：
[root@Shaoxing VMware Tools]# tar zxvf VMwareTools-9.2.3-1031360.tar.gz -C /tmp/
进入/tmp：
[root@Shaoxing VMware Tools]# cd /tmp/vmware-tools-distrib/
3.安装VMware Tools
[root@localhost vmware-tools-distrib]# ./vmware-install.pl
下面的选项就按照默认值，一路回车就可以，警告！最后一个选项填no！！！：
[root@localhost vmware-tools-distrib]# ./vmware-install.pl
