安装postgreSQL10.3出现configure:error:readline library not found解决方法

在安装postgreSQL的过程中遇到一个问题，在执行 configure过程中报以下错误,configure: error: readline library not found ,可是在系统中安装readline 包了。

#yum -y install -y readline-devel

1、测试configure命令，报错error:readline library not found
