easyui 中edatagrid 时间类型的修改

从oracle中获取的时间类型不做处理，一般是带有时分秒的，而我们只需要年月日的时候就可以才用下面的反法来执行（新手上路，用作自己总结，勿喷）

一：比较简便

formatter:function(value,row,index){

var unixTimestamp = new Date(value);

   return unixTimestamp.toLocaleDateString();},   这样就可以了。

二：比较麻烦，优点是可以做成一个工具类，从而多次使用
