Overview:
We're hiring one Developer Community Support engineer based in ShangHai China. If the candidates want to work in Wuxi, it's OK too.
The candidate must have fluent English skill and solid developer skills background, and have passion of techincal support work. It's a plus if the candidate has techincal support experience, especially Community support related.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer questions primarily in Stackoverflow and MSDN forums community
• Work closely with Technical Leads, and handle escalated issues from supplier team as needed, to resolves fairly complex issues
• Understand customer request for features requests and content and channel those to the product teams via partnership with the technical leads
• Collaborate with US-based escalation team to consult and respond back to customers on highly complex issues;

Communication Skills
Proven English oral, reading, and writing skills. Proven English oral, reading, and writing skills. CET BAND 6 and conversational English skills are a must.
Core Technical Skills and Experience Required
· 3-5 years programming experience on windows phone or windows store app.
· 3-5 years coding and debugging experience in Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or above.
· Familiar with at least one of technologies such as C#/XAML, JavaScript/HTML/CSS and C++/XAML.
· Experience on entire development lifecycle including design, code, debug, build, test and publish.
· Experience in technical customer support.
Desirable Technical Skills
· 3-5 years of experience on mobile app development on more than 2 platforms like Windows/Windows phone, IOS or Android, etc.
· Coding experience on at least one graphics or game development technologies like DirectX, Unity, Cocos2d/3d, etc.
· Experience on one or more modern cross platform technologies such as Cordova, Xamarin, SQLite, open source JavaScript frameworks, etc.
· Working knowledge of Azure or similar service platform, and has experience on consuming Cloud based service in mobile app.
· Coding experience for Internet of things solutions including hardware and software.
Education & Certifications
· Bachelor or Master of Computer Science required
