Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to both of CFO and HR VP, Greater China. Work closely with Finance and HR team and follow up work tasks with both internal and external partiesHandle business correspondence, minutes, reports and confidential documents.And other HR/ finance related work.

Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree above related in finance, marketing, communications or others.One year work experience for an international corporation, consulting or communications firm.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.Detail-minded, presentable, proactive, self-motivated, independent, and diligent.
