python环境无法安装_bae基础版python环境下的requirements.txt无法安装任何组件

包括web.py, webapp2, Django这样的很基础的很普通的包都无法安装，应该是系统的问题。

换了pypi的官方的pip index-url， 或者华科的，也都无法下载，依旧报错。

提交后有这样的报错消息：

给百度提交了工单，说是基础版的没有技术支持，说让来这里讨论。

我就纳闷了，如果不提供任何支持，索性把这个业务关掉就好了。大家来试用这个服务，得不到回答，也是浪费了自己的时间。
