=> netstat -ano | findstr “8700”

看可不可以找到8700端口
1）可以找到

说明端口被占用了，需要看看是什么占用了8700
=> tasklist /fi “pid eq 1096”
(PS:这个1096是上边第一条命令输入后最末尾的那个值)

发现eclipse.exe占用了8700端口
处理措施：关闭eclip，重启ddsm,完美解决！

2）无法找到8700
在eclipse中，依次打开Window -> Preferences -> Android -> DDMS
把Base local debugger port 8600 修改为8601，并勾选Use ADBHOST。
