摘要

水资源是一种重要的自然资源，它是指在一定技术条件和一定时间内可为人类 利用的实际用水资源。水资源是园林灌溉管理系统中最主要的利用对象。我国的城 市大规模绿化已高速发展数年。中国是世界上严重缺水的国家之一，水资源短缺在 我国北方尤为突出，北方地区的水资源仅占全国的 19%。虽然我国的水资源极度匮 乏，但在灌溉水资源的利用上却存在着严重的浪费现象，尤其是在园林作物的灌溉 方面。发展高效用水技术不仅是必须的，同时也是可能的。因此，节约用水，合理 利用水资源，是当今迫切需要解决的问题。

本文以 JSP 设计为起点，以基于 WebGIS 的园林灌溉管理系统的研究、设计和 实现为背景，在对 GIS、WebGIS 的基本概念、数据结构、支撑技术以及数据模型 进行论述的基础上，详细分析了目前构造 WebGIS 的几种方法,从而确定了本系统的 功能模块、体系结构、网络拓扑结构等。本系统利用 MapGIS_IMS7.0 作为地图服 务器，采用 JSP 和 Java 技术，实现了基于 WebGIS 的园林管理系统电子地图的缩放、 漫游等基本功能，并具有丰富的图文定位查询功能；实现了园林区域缺水分析等辅 助决策功能；构建了道路/渠道网络拓扑数据的存储模型，有效地解决了基于 WebGIS 的网络拓扑数据的维护问题；本系统提供了电子地图数据库接口，使本系统具有很 好的开放性和通用性；WebGIS 系统软件具有完善的在线帮助和用户交流论坛，人 机界面友好。在 PC 平台下，通过 WebGIS 系统软件的研究、设计和开发，为 WebGIS 系统的深入研究打下了基础。

Abstract

The water resources is a kind of important natural resources, it is to point to the actual water resources that can be used by human use in certain technical conditions and a certain time. The water resource is the most important object for use in the irrigation management system for garden. Our urban large-scale afforestation keeps a high speed development for years. China is one of the countries with severe water shortages in the world, and the shortage is particularly prominent in north China, whose water resources is only 19 percent of the whole natio. Although our country is extreamly lack of water, serious waste phenomena is appear in the use of irrigation water, especially in the irrigation of garden crop. To develop a technology of efficient use of water is not only necessary but also possible. Therefore, water conservation and reasonable utilization of water resources are the urgent problems that to be solved.
