Key Responsibilities

· Assist in planning, analyzing and defining solutions through

functional and technical expertise and an understanding of the ‘x’

system

· Assist in the design and implementation of analyses that will

identify requirements related to technology

· Participate in integrating technical and application

components with ‘x’ in order to meet business requirements

· Plan and supervise the designing, coding and testing of

program modules that meet client-based design specifications

· Plan and supervise the maintenance, repair and tuning of

applications in order to keep them performing according to

technical and functional specifications.

· Plan and supervise user support activities and preventive

maintenance activities.

· Supervise the creation, execution and documentation of tests

necessary to ensure that an application or technical environment

meets performance requirements

· Plan and supervise identification of configuration changes to

applications so that they meet business process requirements.

· Plan and supervise the implementation of all actions required

to deploy an application; ensure that the application meets both

technical and business needs.

· Lead the effort to implement all actions required to deploy an

application; ensure that the application meets both technical and

business needs.

· Participate in defining characteristics, capabilities, inputs,

outputs, and results necessary to describe the required

functionality of a system, software application, network, training

course, user interface, or any other technology or product.

· Participate in planning, estimating, managing and/or

delivering a project so as to realize maximized benefits with

minimized risks for the stakeholders.

· Participate in utilizing efficient and effective processes and

standards in order to continuously improve the quality of

processes, products and services.

· Participate in determining resource status and needs as well

as assisting in deploying resources to ensure organizational goals

are met.

· Participate in developing a high-performing, motivated

workgroup and building skills of your team.

Qualifications

· Solid experience in at least of one of the ecommerce solutions

: ATG / Websphere ecommerce / Demandware / Hybris.

· Thorough understanding of mainstream Java Frameworks (structs,

spring, hibernate etc.)

· Understanding of technical architecture.

· Ecommerce project experience.

· 7+ years relevant working experience.

· Experience leading a team or group of 10+ members.

· Advanced capability in written and verbal English.

· College/ Diploma or above.
