Abstract Excel is an important component of office software in Office, mainly used for a variety of data processing. It

can not only facilitate the rapid graphical analysis of large amounts of data, it is more important to a large amount of

data processing and automatic calculation, and this function is mainly realized by the function. This paper will be

assessed by the university scholarship to introduce a ranking function RANK.EQ, to determine the function of IF, AND

and OR logic function, the use of specific statistical function MAX and MIN function.
