职位职责：
This role will ensure the launch of new products that support millions of businesses on short-video platform. This role will identify test, rollout & iterate products, and support the communication throughout the product development cycle. Product Operations Managers are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving product objectives, and working with multiple partners.
1. Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and manage product launch process together with product managers.
2. Work with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Business, and Compliance to guarantee operational readiness. Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives and timelines.
3. Monitor product performance and work cross-functionally to quickly identify problems and implement solutions.
4. Coordinate, aggregate, and disseminate customer feedback throughout and post product launch.
5. Facilitate project retrospectives to collect feedback, draw out lessons learned, and document best practices.
职位要求：
1. BA/BS degree
2. 3+ years in operation, consulting, program management or equivalent roles
3. Experience supporting product development or rollout
4. Demonstrated ability to bring key partners across functions together
5. Strong communication skills across diverse functions and teams
Preferred Qualifications
1. Large scale, global project management experience.
2. Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting.
