解决办法：通过站长直接找到最快的路由再增加 windows系统 host 文件路由映射

步骤一,站长直接查找速度最快的路由,

步骤二,host 文件路径在 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts 文件最后一行添加 路由映射就可以了，例如： 117.27.243.98		download.visualstudio.microsoft.com。
