Tried to find bootstrap code, but could not specify either statically analyzable bootstrap code

1、查看扩展名对应的文件是否正确，例如：appcomponent.ts写出appcomponent.js等

2、查看main.t里的引用是否正确，一般修改文件名后，这个地方的import的from不能及时改到

This is caused by Angular CLI latest update. In the latest update, webpack searches for boostrap Module in main.ts top level. In main-polymer.ts, main.ts is wrapped by addEventListener so webpack can't find the bootstrap module that's why it reports an error. https://stackoverflow.com/questions/40992917/angular-cli-after-update-npm-start-give-error
