3：在动态web工程的src下创建Struts.xml文件

4：创建一个action类

5：在web.xml中配置Struts2的核心配置文件

6：在webcontent下创建一个Struts的文件包里面保存test.jsp文件

7：在Tomcat中运行该项目，然后打开浏览器，在地址栏中输入：http://localhost:8080/Struts2Demo/Struts/HelloWorld
