#step2：PUT Directory：
/usr/lib/rabbitmq/lib/rabbitmq_server-3.6.4/plugins
#step3：Then run the following command:
Start the rabbitmq cluster for command ##　rabbitmq-server -detached
rabbitmq-plugins enable rabbitmq_delayed_message_exchange
