numpy无法导入——ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘numpy.core._multiarray_umath’

• 跑了tf官网给出的最简单的例子：

import tensorflow as tf

matrix1 = tf.constant([[2., 2.]])

matrix2 = tf.constant([[1.],[1.]])

result = tf.matmul(matrix1,matrix2)

with tf.Session() as sess:
    product = sess.run(result)
    print(product)

在网上也没有找到原因，最后只能升级了numpy版本，原来的版本是1.14.5，升级后为1.16.2，问题解决。
