springboot无法加载

问题描述：

项目新建分支后，启动项目报错，错误信息如下

可以看到，启动报错原因为class path下的other-config.properties文件无法打开，因为它不存在

分析原因：

查看项目发现此目录是存在的，但是resources没有Root权限

解决办法：

添加此resources的root权限

添加完之后的结果

重新启动项目，问题解决。
