下载免安装版（解压版）,根据自己系统选版本。这里说需要微软运行库VC14(Visual Studio 2015),如没有运行库，请先安装

下载好后解压
我的解压路径是D:\apache\Apache24
找到配置文件httpd.conf，我的路径:D:\apache\Apache24\conf\httpd.conf
修改配置文件：httpd.conf

下面是我的 httpd.conf配置，仅供参考
配置文件中需要改的地方已经中文注释标识。
Ctrl+F查找下面7项修改。1，2，7是本地Apache服务解压路径；3,4端口一致；5,6是需要用到Apache服务的本地工程项目路径，例如WebStrom项目路径webstormProjects或eclipse的workplace。

配置好后进入安装目录bin下，我的是D:\apache\Apache24\bin。
运行bin下的 httpd.exe ，打开浏览器，地址栏输入：localhost
可以不用加端口号
可以看到本地项目的索引，就可以直接在浏览器上看你的项目了

同一局域网下手机端调试，打开手机浏览器输入PC端IP地址（查看方式在下面）
我这里输入http://192.168.43.204访问到的路径是我的D:/webstorm/webstormProjects；

如需具体访问某一个项目或html/jsp
http://192.168.43.204/(webstormProjects文件夹下具体路径)
本机IP查看方式如下：
win+r
cmd
ipconfig

如果嫌每次启动httpd.exe太麻烦可以安装服务继续以下步骤：

以管理员身份运行CMD，进入Apache24\bin 目录（httpd.exe所在目录）
输入：httpd.exe -k install -n “Apache24”
（注：Apache24为安装服务名称）

管理员身份运行CMD打开方法：win+q，输入cmd搜索，鼠标右击命令提示符(如下图所示)

我已经安装过，就不再执行

最后
win+R 输入services.msc看本机所有服务，找到Apache服务，我的服务名是Apache24
可以把Apache24服务设为自启动
