使用IDEA中MAVEN创建webapp报错：

Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-archetype-plugin:RELEASE or one of its dependencies could not be resolved

详细报错如下：

解决方式： 查看MAVEN中安装repository目录中的：org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-archetype-plugin，对应org=>apche=>maven=>plugins=>maven-archetype-plugin包： 删除目录下的文件，创建的时候才会自动下载远程代码库的jar包。如下图：
