无法找到元素 'mvc:interceptors' 的声明等类似的解决方法

在学习SpringMVC的时候，xml声明给我造成了困扰，看别人的博客直接把别人的声明拿回来，还是不行，后边一想，感觉应该是版本号不对。声明信息如下：

粘来的时候xsd前面的版本号是4.3，总是显示500，换回来就行了，在此记下该错误。
