采煤机远程监测与故障诊断系统

摘要:

论述了基于湖南华辰智通科技有限公司基于3G、Internet等通讯原理开发的HDRS云远程的工作面采煤机远程监控与故障诊断系统。该系统可对采煤机电机电流、扭矩、牵引速度、牵引方向和故障等内部参数以及采机位置和摇臂倾角等外部参数进行监测和传输,并可实现在紧急情况下远程紧急停车。阐述了采煤机在线远程监控与故障诊断系统的原理与实现方法。该系统在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract :

The remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system for coal shearer based on Hunan Hignton Technology CO.,LTD, Of development on the basis of the principle of 3G, the Internet and other communications HDRS cloud distance, this system can monitor and transmit such interior parameters as motor current ,torque , traction velocity , traction direction and such exterior parameters as shearer position , rocking shaft angle , and stop coal shearer in case of emergency. The principle and realizing method of monitoring and fault diagnosis system are elaborated. This system has obtained good effect in practical application.
