安装包

查看安装版本信息

卸载包
py -3 -m pip uninstall **
py -3 -m pip uninstall selenium
py -3 -m pip uninstall nose

指定安装某个包的版本
py -3 -m pip install nose==1.3.0

查看安装包和版本
py -3 -m pip list

升级包
py -3 -m pip install --upgrade **
py -3 -m pip install --upgrade nose

升级pip
py -3 -m pip install -U pip
