Application of The Third-party Software on WinCC Configuration Software

Abstract：This paper is based on the establishment of variables, the generation of report forms as well as the screen processing in the configuration software design. It has been explored and proved to be successful that SIEMENS WinCC configuration software functions can be expanded through the use of the third-party software , which includes: bulk-establishment of WinCC variables through EXCEL, implement of complicated data report based on Excel using VB program, and the application of the two image processing tools : Photoshop, 3DMAX in order to make the human-machine interface more convenient, fast, friendly. beautiful and vivid. Finally, the expansion of WinCC are verified through some examples.
