Problem-Based

Learning

(

PBL

)

is

an

instruction

strategy.Learning

by PBL,the

learners

can

learn

the

capabilities

such

as

active

researching,critical

thinking,and

collaborative

learning.Through

the process in which the learners discuss in one group,the learners can

gain knowledge and train ability to solve problems.This paper analyzes

the problems in the public computer course teaching and puts forward

a

new

teaching

method

based

on

PBL

and

SBL

to

improve

the

quality

and

efficiency

of

teaching.%
