php 5.5.12,PHP 5.5.12 发布，建议 5.5 用户升级

脚本语言PHP最新稳定版5.5.12发布.2014-05-01.上个版本是2014-04-04的5.5.11。修正了CVE-2014-0185等 大约20个Bug. 升级 libsqlite到3.8.4.3等 5.4正常应该稍微延后明天会更新.5.3除非重大安全漏洞已不做常规更新(5.3.28)。
