摘 要

21 世纪人类进入信息时代，利用网络进行学习成为信息时代人类获取知识和培养能力的一种新的趋势。网络学习环境下的学习策略是一种不同于传统学校教育的新型的学习策略，它将影响着人类未来的思维方式、生活方式甚至生存方式。因此，对网络学习环境下的学习策略进行全面、系统的研究具有极强的理论与实践意义。

本文以网络学习环境下的学习策略为研究对象比较系统、全面的分析网络学习环境下学习策略的概念、理论和存在的问题，在上述研究的基础上思考网络学习环境下的学习策略的设计构想。

Abstract

In twenty-first Century, mankind has entered the information age, learning is becoming a new trend in information era, human knowledge and training capacity by using the internet. The learning strategy under Internet learning environment is different from the traditional school education model of learning strategies, it will affect the future of mankind's way of thinking, way of life and even survival. Therefore, a comprehensive study, system of learning strategies under the circumstance of network learning has theoretical and practical significance of strong.

Based on the learning strategy under Internet learning environment as the research object system, comprehensive analysis, the concept of network learning environment learning strategy theory and existing problems, thinking on the basis of the above research network learning environment design conception of learning strategies.
