在AndroidManifest的application里面设置resizeableActivity的属性为true

对于Android 8(API级别26)以上，只需要布局时填充屏幕即可

对于Android 7.1(API级别25)以下，系统默认将应用显示的大小限制为一个长宽比为16:9(约1.86)的窗口。如果这个应用在屏幕比大的手机上运行，会出现一部分屏幕是黑屏的情况，这时我们就需要声明最大屏幕纵横比了。
