摘 要

计算机及网络技术的发展推动着人类社会进入信息时代，在未来的社会中，计算机使经济结构、就业方向、国际经济形式及贸易形式产生一系列的变化，它将成为我们社会生活、经济及一切发展的灵魂，当前计算机网络的发展特点规模不断夸大，复杂性不断增加，异构性越来越高。如果不能高效的对网络系统进行管理，就很难保证提供一个令人满意的服务。网络管理是网络发展中一个很重要的内容，其重要性已在各个方面得到体现。首先是对网络管理就发展现状、网络协议等方面进行简单介绍，后又浅述了目前常见的两种网络管理模式、存在问题及前景发展趋势。
