报错信息

1、检查jdk路径有没有错（win+R >> cmd >> java -version）
2、检查maven路径有无错误（mvn -v）
3、如果都没错可以看maven有没有setting.xml文件

4、idea中maven的配置

加载源码
5、进入仓库下面repository\org\apache\maven\archetypes这个目录,删除maven-archetype-webapp文件夹，让其maven创建时重新加载。
**总结：**刚开始不是这么做，总觉得自己下载的maven有问题，但maven的版本也不用太新，适合你的idea版本就好，然后就总换maven。现在我是这么解决的，希望对他人有帮助。
