（招聘职位）Business Systems Support Specialist (SAP)

Proposed Job location: Hong Kong, but frequent travel expected in APAC region (approx. 50% but can be more depending on workload)

Role Description

The expectation for this role will be to support the Company’s Global SAP Solution in the Asia Pacific region, using a deep knowledge of SAP, particularly in the areas of Order to Cash (OTC) and Source to Pay (STP). The main tasks will include resolving incidents and to deliver standard change requests (small enhancement) according to business requirements.

It's important to evaluate incidents, problems and change requests, providing advice to stakeholders on requirements, and resolving problems quickly and effectively. Further to this, this role will help develop further functionalities and solutions in SAP based on business needs and user requirements as well as to deliver SAP functionality training to end users in the region.

Expected Tasks and Duties

• Develop IT and end-user documentation for processes and procedures.
• Participate in Trouble Shoot function to resolve user related support calls as it relates to SAP and related systems.
• Escalate SAP related issues within established protocols and work closely with external support vendors, internal HQ experts and local affiliates users to deliver solutions.
• Translate user requests into user requirements and program specifications.
• Prepare and execute test plans for new functionality.
• Publish communication related to the deployment of new functionality.
• Develop and deliver training outlines for end-users and collaborate with documentation specialists
• Deploy training and initial intensive systems support to end users at affiliate offices during initial implementation of SAP.
• Liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams.
• Gather user requirements to develop solutions and alternatives.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Translate high-level information into details as well as summarize detailed information.
• Communicate and collaborate with users to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Work with users to define concepts under direction of project leaders.
• Serve as the conduit between the user community and the software development team through which requirements flow.
• Work with HQ to assure compliance to program specifications, especially on master data management and control
• Maintain security and other requirements in compliance with JRS HQ directives.
• Ensure compliance to JRS IT Policies and Guidelines.

Expected Experience and Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sales and Distribution techniques, methods, and tools (Order to Cash and Source to Pay). Subject matter best practices.

• Knowledge of SAP reporting capabilities, particularly in the area of OTC and STP.

• 5-7 years of business experience in functional area.

• 3 years plus of SAP experience, particularly in OTC / STP.

• Bachelor degree in related area or above.

• Strong interpersonal and excellent documentation skills are a must.

• Able to assume and complete assignments independently.

• Ability to explain and champion technical concepts to a broad audience.

• Excellent customer service skills required.

• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

• Strong project management skills and understanding of project management lifecycle.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

• Proficient fluency level in English and Mandarin
