关于某主题的重要性

• 1. TV is important for me to get information and konwledage。电视能帮我获取信息
• 2. TV plays the vital role in our lives。电视在我们生活中扮演重要角色
• 3. Exercise is really important,helpful,and absolutely necessary 运动很重要，很有用，且绝对重要
• 4. It helps me find confidence in myself 它让我找到了自信
• 5. It helps me realize my self-worth。它使我实现了自我价值
• 6. XXX is very important for us ，we can,t live without XXX。XXX对我们很重要，我们生活离不开XXX
• 7. It is very meaningful。这很有意义

关于某主题的好处

• 1、 various TV programs get me to know the world and help me with my studies 丰富的电视节目让我不断的了解世界，帮助我的学习
• 2、 exercise can make us happy 运动能让我们快乐
• 3、 it teaches me many new things 它教会了我很多新知识
