java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value报错

java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value '�й���׼ʱ��
' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You
 must configure either the server or JDBC driver 
 (via the 'serverTimezone' configuration property) to use a
  more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

今天看开源项目时，SpringBoot 环境出现 "The server time zone value 错误，无论怎么改Mysql版本号和springboot版本和URL添加了时区，还是报错，灵异事件吧。
后边重新拉代码，在一开始没报错的情况下先改好版本，居然可以了。

网上很多文章说Mysql Connector/J 6.x就会报时区问题，我是5.1版本的，也报时区问题
