mac上成功安装pip、pillow却无法使用，哪个高手能够知道什么问题呢？

一、我首先通过输入以下pip终端命令，确认我的pip已经安装成功

pip --version ／／pip --version终端命令

pip 10.0.1 from /Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.7/lib/python3.7/site-packages/pip (python 3.7)

 

pip3／／pip3终端命令

二、然后我通过输入以下pillow安装终端命令，确认我的pillow已经安装成功

2、如果是，在安装好的情况下，是什么原因导致没办法使用呢？

麻烦各位高手指点一二，我查了一天都没查到类似的解决方法，无论重新安装文件和重启电脑也试过
