结合官网的namelist.input的说明，初步考虑以下原因
1、积分的时间步长不对，拟将 time_step 由180改为90（为d01区域格点距的6倍）；
2、d02区域（3000）与d01（15000）区域的比例不对，不满足3:1的关系，拟将d02区域的格点距离由3000改为5000，修改后重新运行。（08:18开始）14:30结束，运行成功！
