在springmvc中实现国际化的步骤一般分为以下几步：
1）、编写国际化配置文件；

2）、使用ResourceBundleMessageSource管理国际化资源文件

3）、在页面使用fmt:message取出国际化内容
在springboot中自动装配好了国际化的组件，我们只需要进行简单的配置和取值即可，
1）、编写国际化配置文件；

配置文件一共有三个，一个默认配置文件，一个英文，一个中文

SpringBoot自动配置好了管理国际化资源文件的组件；

2）配置国际化配置文件的位置：
在springboot中，国际化配置文件的默认文件夹是messages，需要指定国际化文件的位置
spring.messages.basename=i18n/login
3）、去页面获取国际化的值：

在thymeleaf中使用#{属性名}来获取国际化的值
实现国际化的方式有两种，一种是根据浏览器的语言变化，一种可以点击链接来改变语言
原理：

国际化Locale（区域信息对象）；LocaleResolver（获取区域信息对象）；

		@ConditionalOnMissingBean
		@ConditionalOnProperty(prefix = "spring.mvc", name = "locale")
		public LocaleResolver localeResolver() {
			if (this.mvcProperties
					.getLocaleResolver() == WebMvcProperties.LocaleResolver.FIXED) {
				return new FixedLocaleResolver(this.mvcProperties.getLocale());
			}
			AcceptHeaderLocaleResolver localeResolver = new AcceptHeaderLocaleResolver();
			localeResolver.setDefaultLocale(this.mvcProperties.getLocale());
			return localeResolver;
		}
默认的就是根据请求头带来的区域信息获取Locale进行国际化

4）、点击链接切换国际化

    public Locale resolveLocale(HttpServletRequest request) {
        String l = request.getParameter("l");
        Locale locale = Locale.getDefault();

把国际化解析器添加到容器中
