简单快速上传jar包到中央库(依赖于github)

1. 需要GITHUB_TOKEN，请参考链接
   github生成GITHUB_TOKEN

2. 在 ~/.m2/settings.xml 中增加下面配置

          <snapshots><enabled>true</enabled></snapshots>

3. 修改项目中的pom.xml

4. 执行命令

mvn clean deploy -Dmaven.test.skip=true

5. 进入github 项目页面，点击右边的Packages下面的包
   
6. 添加依赖

在需要添加依赖的项目的pom.xml增加
