解决办法将spring-boot-starter-parent这里我的版本是3.3.2版本降低成如下版本

        <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
        <artifactId>spring-boot-starter-parent</artifactId>
        <version>2.7.18</version>
        <relativePath/> <!-- lookup parent from repository -->
    </parent>
