springboot整合swagger出现了org.springframework.context.ApplicationContextException: Failed to start bean

import org.springframework.context.annotation.Configuration;
import org.springframework.web.servlet.config.annotation.EnableWebMvc;
import org.springframework.web.servlet.config.annotation.ResourceHandlerRegistry;
import org.springframework.web.servlet.config.annotation.WebMvcConfigurer;
import springfox.documentation.swagger2.annotations.EnableSwagger2;


@Configuration
@EnableSwagger2
public class WebConfig implements WebMvcConfigurer {

    //解决  No mapping for GET /favicon.ico 访问静态资源图标
    @Override
    public void addResourceHandlers(ResourceHandlerRegistry registry) {
        registry.addResourceHandler("/**")
                .addResourceLocations("classpath:/static/")
                .addResourceLocations("classpath:/META-INF/resources/");
    }

}

启动上述代码，出现了如下的错误。

org.springframework.context.ApplicationContextException: Failed to start bean 'documentationPluginsBootstrapper'; nested exception is java.lang.NullPointerException

添加注解@EnableWebMvc后springboot成功启动

1. @EnableSwagger2如果缺失了这个注解可能会出现如下问题

2. 如果出现控制台出现No mapping for GET /swagger-ui.html 并且swagger出现404，复制上述代码也能解决。
