连接ftp提示connection refused

有可能是配置文件没有改好。

当listen和listen_ipv6同时打开，就会出错，此时，注视掉一个即可。

接着重启服务
sudo service vsftpd restart

再次连接即可。
zhuyu@zhuyu:~$ ftp 127.0.0.1
